Many years ago, Milton enjoyed partaking in a successful 5K.  What happened to it?  No one knows, but now we have resurrected it.  Our very own INAGURAL 5K began like it never really stopped.  This year, our goal is to make it as fun and exciting as possible with hopefully a bigger and better turnout.   We hope this event is one that the entire Milton Community looks forward to and brings everyone together, in a fun and healthy manner.  In order to accomplish this, there have been a few adjustments.  One being the location.! The race will begin and end at the Parish Life Center as well as all the Family Fun Day activities.  The kids games, activities, and fun jumps will be even more plentiful and ALL FREE.  There will also be a BINGO set up inside for all of our “older” kids.  We hope this event will continue to be a family event that all look forward to attending and participating in.

The race will begin and end at Picard Park.  There will be a one mile fun run for all ages at 9:00am, followed by a 5k at 9:30am.  All runners, joggers, walkers, and strollers are welcomed.  Afterwards, you will be able to enjoy a delicious bowl of jambalaya, beverages, tons of door prizes, and lots of music.  For more specifics on the race and to get signed up, go to the race entry form located below.
